Please know by purchasing a Peperina Girl product you agree to the store policies.

Payments

Peperina Girl accepts Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Discover (US merchants only), and PayPal. By ordering from this site you agree to the shop policies listed below.

shipping

Please make sure you enter the correct address for shipping when checking out. Peperina Girl is not financially responsible for packages lost during transit. Once your package has been delivered to the post office, it becomes the property and responsibility of the post office and the buyer. However, I will do everything possible to assist customers, if a package becomes lost.

International buyers are responsible for all duties and custom charges. Peperina Girl has no control over the duties, delivery process, and custom charges of your local postal service. Those issues are the buyers responsibility, so please make to check with your local post office before placing an international order. 

Buyers pay for all shipping costs; all shipping costs are non refundable. Peperina Girl uses Flat Rate USPS for domestic shipments, and First Class for international shipping. Domestic shipments take 3-5 business days. International shipping times varies. I will provide you with an estimate time for delivery when sending your shipping confirmation email.

Leggings come in a handmade fabric bag. Packages are shipped within1 or 2 days. 

refund & exchange

Please make sure to check ALL your measurements with the ones given in each listing before making a purchase. 

All customized items/orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Final sale on all custom made orders. 

There are no refund/returns, cancellations, exchanges, or store credit on final sale items.

THERE ARE NOT REFUNDS/RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS. If unsatisfied with an item/s, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving your purchase for an authorization of a one time exchange for another item or store credit. Domestic and International shipping is not refunded from original order nor on exchanges, and is paid for by customers.

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE for another item or store credit, the following is required.

• Peperina Girl must be contacted using this website with an exchange request within 3 days upon receipt of item.
• Items must be received by Peperina Girl within 7 days of exchange authorization.
• Returned items must be in the exact condition as sent: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and with tags still attached. If item does not arrive in the previous conditions, Peperina Girl reserves the right to reject returned item and will not issue an exchange or store credit.
• For returns within the USA, items must be shipped via Priority Mail with a tracking number. International customers must provide a tracking number when mailing items back to me. Peperina Girl is nor responsible for items lost in the mail, you will still be charge, if the item does not make it back to me.

EXCHANGING FOR ANOTHER ITEM

• Customer is allowed a one time exchange only per item.
• New item can be the same item but in a different size and/or color of your choice.
• If choosing to exchange for a different item, the item must be of equal or lesser value. If new item is of lesser value, the additional cost left over will be applied to a future store credit valid up to 6 months.
• Customer is responsible for shipping cost of original item back to Peperina Girl and for the shipping cost to send out the replacement item. 

EXCHANGING FOR STORE CREDIT

• Store credit is for item(s) returned only. Shipping charges are not included in store credit.
• Store credit is valid for use up to 6 months upon receipt. Customer will not be issued a refund, if the store credit goes unused 6 months after it was awarded.

Peperina Girl reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive.
