I came across yoga 17 years ago and have been practicing since then. I first heard about it while taking a Buddhist Architecture class at the California College of the Arts. I was deeply attracted to the spiritual aspect of it. I had been wanting to meditate for a while, thus I saw yoga as a way to slow down my mind and be present. As time went by, I began to experience the benefits of a steady practice. Yoga was helping me alleviate the side effects of stress at work and hours of sitting in front of the computer while also contributing to my personal growth. In addition to that, it became a great complement to biking and dancing.

Movement has always been an integral part of my life. As a child and then a teenager in Argentina, I danced flamenco, practiced gymnastics, ran track, and tried a bunch of other physical activities. Once in California, I reconnected with dancing and began to bike and practice yoga.

I am passionate about health and believe in a holistic approach to it. I am fascinated by the different aspects of the human body — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual—and continue to educate myself on anatomy, yoga, meditation, and natural healing approaches.  I draw inspiration from my personal Ashtanga practice and others styles of yoga I have been exposed over the years.

I am a graphic designer, a dancer, and a nature lover. When not practicing yoga, you can find me grooving to Brasilian beats, making yoga pants with my beautiful mother, or watching the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean. To see our latest handmade creations, please visit our virtual store
